Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
3. Refund & Exchange Terms
We offer replacement or exchange only.
Cash refunds are not provided.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was delivered, Jorry Furnitures will cover the return shipping charges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made furniture and discounted/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
